Pay reductions and furloughs: Let us hear from you

As the chancellor and provost indicated in their Wednesday, June 17, letter to the campus community, campus and university leaders want to know the views of employees about the options for employee furloughs or pay reductions being considered by the Office of the President and soon, by the regents.

To register your views please complete and submit the brief furlough-salary reduction survey online. Hard copy surveys will be provided to employees without computer access.

If you have already shared your views via e-mail to the budget listserve, don't worry — staff will capture your response and make sure they are registered along with the survey responses.

Information about the furlough and pay reduction options under consideration by the president may be found on Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor Enrique Lavernia's Web page and the UC Office of the President's human resources page.
